• An AI Policy & Evidence Binder and related reference materials for organizational use. Documentation only.
• A public registry record showing the paid binder order and whether the physical binder has been issued, linked by its binder QR code. Paladin issues the record; it is not a third-party review.
• An initial printed binder shipped by mail to a U.S. address after payment and manual fulfillment.
• Access to published binder updates during your active subscription. No fixed revision schedule or delivery date is promised.
• Email support at the contact address below, without a guaranteed response time.

Organization Responsibility

Paladin provides documentation and reference materials. Paladin does not provide legal advice. Nothing Paladin provides is a certification, audit, or guarantee, and a registry record does not show that an organization complies with any law, regulation (including HIPAA or TRAIGA), insurance policy, or contract, or that a government agency or independent third party has approved it. Organizations remain responsible for their own legal, regulatory, professional, and operational obligations.

• Reviewing materials for fit with the organization's own workflows, obligations, and risk posture.
• Maintaining appropriate internal policies, procedures, training, oversight, and professional review.
• Using Paladin materials as documentation rather than legal advice or certification, and following their own AI policies.
• Keeping billing, organization profile, and registry information reasonably current.

Subscription And Registry Status

• An active subscription provides access to published binder updates; the printed binder's registry record states its issuance and shipment status separately.
• Binder and digital materials may evolve over time as operational reference materials are maintained.
